Highly sensitive, high-functioning women (often neurodivergent) who appear capable and composed on the outside, but feel anxious, frozen, and self-doubting on the inside.

Many of the women I support are at a life threshold. You may be considering motherhood and wanting to heal mother or father wounds first, or you may be self-employed (or aspiring to be!), wishing to build a life on your own terms with greater creative and financial autonomy.

You may be navigating visibility, income uncertainty, and decision-making while carrying a sensitive nervous system that needs safety before expansion.

You’re emotionally intelligent and trauma-aware, yet exhausted from living with a harsh inner critic, perfectionism, burnout cycles, decision paralysis, and chronic nervous system tension. You may long for creative expression, meaningful work, or financial independence – while another part of you still finds safety in staying small.

How?

By working with the subconscious mind using trauma-informed hypnotherapy.

The subconscious mind plays a key role in how we respond to the world. It holds emotional learning, memories, and protective patterns formed through past experiences, often outside of conscious awareness. These patterns can continue to influence how safe, confident, or capable we feel, even when we intellectually understand that change is needed, or logically we are safe.

By working at a subconscious level, hypnotherapy supports awareness and flexibility around these learned responses, creating space for new ways of relating to ourselves, our choices, and our future — without relying solely on effort or willpower.

Sessions can include exploring past experiences that still hold influence, and future-pacing techniques to support confidence, clarity, and a greater sense of internal safety moving forward. My approach is trauma-informed, and paced to your nervous system. Rather than pushing for change through willpower or insight alone, we work beneath the surface — supporting the subconscious patterns that shape how safe, capable, and resourced you feel.

Sessions are collaborative and responsive, allowing change to emerge gradually in a way that feels grounded, sustainable, and respectful of your capacity.
