Refund Policy

At The Highly Sensitive Hypnotherapist, I aim to provide a supportive and high-quality experience across all services and products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. 1:1 Sessions

All 1:1 hypnotherapy sessions are non-refundable once booked.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee or be treated as a missed session.

2. Group Sessions

Group sessions are non-refundable once booked.

If you are unable to attend, transfers to another date may be offered at my discretion but are not guaranteed.

3. Digital Products (Audio Recordings & Downloads)

All digital products, including hypnosis audio recordings and downloadable resources, are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

Due to the nature of digital content, it cannot be returned.

4. Online Courses & Programmes

For any future courses or programmes:

  • Refund terms will be clearly stated at the point of purchase

  • Unless otherwise specified, digital course content is non-refundable once access has been granted

If a payment plan is offered, you are responsible for completing all agreed payments.

5. Cooling-Off Period (Digital Products)

Under UK consumer law, you may have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases.

However, by purchasing and accessing digital content immediately, you:

  • Consent to immediate access

  • Acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once access has been provided

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional situations, requests may be considered at my discretion. However, refunds are not guaranteed.
